Pending Assessments

Pending assessments are properties that have estimated assessment amounts to be charged to the property, even if work has not yet been completed. Pending assessments are associated with various improvements (streets, curbs, sidewalks, street lights, alleys and sewers) that have been petitioned by the owner or the neighborhood but are still in process.

Confirmed Assessments (levied)

Confirmed assessments are liens attached to the property, NOT to the owners of the property. A lien is attached to the property until the assessment is paid. Enter in the search field above to look up an assessment or to make an online payment.
